What you can use today
The public website and tutorials are available. The full customer workspace remains a local private pilot.
Available in the private workspace
- Agent configuration, workflow editing, saved simulations, and feedback.
- Text and Markdown knowledge search with source passages.
- Versioned manual automations with local conditions and retrieval.
- Action drafts and approvals, contact consent records, exports, and audit history.
Requires separate setup and live verification
Provider-backed model responses, browser voice, selected phone routes, Gmail, Calendar, WhatsApp, and billing have controlled adapter paths. They are disabled in this no-external-spend release. A local or mocked test does not prove delivery, call quality, or provider availability.
Still needs engineering and release work
Hosted customer authentication, team roles, broad carrier support, native store releases, scheduled and webhook-triggered automations, advanced document ingestion, large-scale operations, and full competitor feature parity are not complete.
Cost boundary
This static site does not start model inference, phone calls, messages, paid subscriptions, or paid compute. Existing domain renewal is separate from website hosting. No unlimited free live calling offer is made.
A sensible first acceptance test
Choose one reception or support job, use approved source material, test expected answers and escalation, and review provider receipts. Open a customer pilot only after authentication, consent, recovery, monitoring, and live quality checks pass.
